DID NOT GET MY EXTRA MOVES ON CANDY CRUSH FRIENDS

I attempted to purchase 5 extra moves on level 593 in Candy Crush Friends Saga. It froze up and took 10 of my gold bars but it did not give my additional moves. Very disappointed. I've been stuck on that level for days now. I would really like my 10 gold bars back...

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! I completely understand how frustrated and upset you must be with not receiving those extra moves, especially when stuck on a level for few days!!
