My game looked exactly like this. Don’t know how, but when I logged in to King trough the game, my internetconnection was fixed. Differences from your startpage and mine is that my emailadress is shown below my profilepicture. 

Hmmm don’t know what happened... was supposed to include this in my answer🙄 My loginpage is different, I have my email under my profilepicture. let’s see if that picture appeare correct now 😂. I am logged in to King under the profilebutton.

I could see my facebookfriends even though I was logged out from King. How to see if you are logged in? Enter profilebutton(see picture) and see if you are. 

I fixed mine! Seems like the game logged out from King🙄.... as soon as I logged in my internetconnection was there 😬 Try that, maybe that is the problem. 😁

I have this problem now.. Full Wi-Fi but game is not connecting. Fully updated, full wifisignal, restarted game and nothing works.

Hi! My game freeze every time I have specialcandys that clear out screen totaly. For example colorchanger+spotted candy, five black candys in a row or two spotted candys. This have happen every time now for the last two days. This is how it looks before the game shuts down and my lives is wasted. I play on iOS fully…

@Elsa I’ve already done everything but reinstall the app🙄 I’ve also made an account on King but I still can not play.. Hopefully everything changes when they release a new update on the game.

Update @Elsa Now the game is completley locked.. can’t reach settings, can’t scroll 😩 Same thing with ”connect to Facebook” after x-ing out four times, everything locks.
