YaY. Figured it out. Needed to modify the email. put a dot back in the email address (a querk of gmail) and finally all resolved. Main problem WAS the ad block. We've been running adblock for years. No idea why it suddenly became a problem. Thank you to everyone for helping.

I have turned adblock off. Now I can log into accounts. However, it always logs me into an account under my name (with games back at level one) and NOT under my BAT name. This is driving me crazy. I used the password reset, to see if that helped. But it did not help.

Using Windows 10. I've tried a few of the suggestions (emptying cache etc), no success. Yes, I can start from the beginning. But that is not the problem. Problem is I CAN'T log into my account. Green login button does nothing and it defaults to a new user id. Also suggestion regarding flash player no help. Adobe does not…
