@Spinnifix No it's not a support issue it's a game flaw. It is an option that needs to be added to the game itself. You can't access the gold you pay for unless you're online that's called a design flaw

I have to agree the amount of energy you need to play BGH increased by 100%. I haven't decided on staying or going yet but I do know I spend far too much money on this game and have to take long breaks from it to refrain from spending.
