@"Pummy Raj" Thanks for your advice! I think the issue of losing levels is because the game had problems connecting to the internet before I reinstalled the app, hence my progress couldn’t be saved to my kingdom account. Thanks and have a nice day too! =)

@QueenB Thanks for you help before! I have finally reinstalled the candy crush soda app and my gold bars look fine. However, it shows that I’m on level 2494 while I am already on level 2547. I would be very grateful if this could be fixed! Thanks!! Also, I had around 30-40 boosters each, would I be able to get them back?…

@QueenB Thanks for you reply! Actually the problem happened to my other kingdom account: sww@shd.edu.hk The number of gold bars are still 0, and I can’t log in to my kingdom account or access online races like the bubblegum hill. Thanks in advance for you help!

Ever since the last update of Candy Crush Soda Saga I haven’t been able to log in to the kingdom using my email, and the 693 gold bars I own disappeared. I play on my Android mobile device. Please help.
