Tried this also and nothing. Even trying to connect to the kingdom from the main page doesn’t do anything, does not even generate and error message. Trying o buy things says I can’t get to the store. Facebook gives an oops can’t connect.

I have done 2 IOS updates and at least 4 game updates with no better result. I try to connect to either the store or to facebook and I get failed to connect. Pretty much stumped at this point.

I have tried from my cell phone connection as well as a connection at work with the same results. I have problem with both the Soda and Jelly. I recently installed the original Candy Crush on the same iPad and it works fine and I can connect.

I have sent multiple emails about this and have yet to get a response. It is indeed disappointing.

I have tried both with no success. Previously I was logging in through the kingdom. I have tried getting on with my hotspot on my android also with no luck so I think to may be something with my account?

They were the boosters. The game crashed when I tried to use the first one. I ended up having to reinstall and lost all the boosters that I had purchased.
