In case of confusion, I'm a Windows 7 user but my issue is nothing to do with an app, its about being able to play the game through my browser at the King website, as I have been doing for several months.

Maybe, but I won't. I'm playing CC Soda and Pet Rescue whilst I'm waiting. Had a W10 upgrade in mind for awhile but afraid my hardware isn't up to it and can't afford to upgrade at the moment.

Can send lives now but no idea if they reach their destination as I'm not receiving any. Send extra moves button still not working. No response from friends after asking for ticket to next level. I'm playing on Windows 7 laptop, usual browser is Opera but tested on IE11 same symptoms. Whats happening? Anything?

For those, like myself, who are stuck between episodes, I would have thought it possible for us to at least be given the tickets required to progress to the next level. Will be a week tomorrow without lives being sent or received. I just finished an episode so if its the same for tickets, thats game over for me. Funny kind of site this is, why no tech support personnel here to ask us about symptoms/screenshots etc., ?
