Why does Mr Toffee keep saying I didn't click any tiles when I did?

i think when you get that message, it means you didnot completed a task and your teammates already finished the board.
there is a saying...when you click you better tick. 😂 i just made it up.

yes, to get rewards you must complete a task. just pick an easy one next time. happy crushing!

@Deejay100six Yes that is correct but you need to know all your team mates completed the four tasks in a row. You probably need to make sure you team are doing this or do more than one task to make sure you team are reaching the reward as sometimes completing just one task is not enough
If you are sure your team completed the 4 tasks in a row you will need to contact customer support so they can look into this issue for you

@Deejay100six Hi and Welcome, Sorry to here this has happened to you, but are you sure you have clicked a tile and completed the task. please remember you team has got to complete a row of all the tasks to get any rewards
If you believe you may have a missing reward please contact customer support from your game
Go to game settings , help center and select the relevant topics and send them an email
