I don't know what you mean by resetting it .I don't do that. I have been playing the same way for 9 years and I have never had this problem before. I can't play on mobile because the screen is too small.

That's unfair. I only play on my laptop so I won't get them. I've been playing for 8 years. So upset with King. They should be available for everyone.

I'm not receiving any lives or any requests. I just have a circle over the envelope that spins but I don't get anything. There are other players that are having the same problem.I contacted King but just got a computer generated e-mail.
