All of my weekly and daily challenges are suddenly saying "missed". I did miss 2 daily chalenges over the last 2 weeks but now they are ALL saying missed. I submitted a ticket yesterday and followed all the troubleshooting and still nothing. What the heck????

I am actually using my iPhone. I logged out of CCSS, restarted my phone and logged back in.Nothing. Any other tips?

East fix :) You need to clear the cache on your Google Play Store. Give these steps a try: 1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings' 2) Locate the menu called 'Apps' 3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store' 4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.
