As I initially mentioned, I have followed all the steps in the page you attached. The same freezing happens on Safari & Google Chrome.

Thanks for reply. I should have mentioned that I did read & follow this information before I messaged. My web browser is up to date (I prefer to use Safari).Cache is cleared. Flash Player is up to date & flash cache is clear. No extra tabs are open.
