All advised actions have been taken. Server Error still persists. Please help! Hopeful you will restore awards lost and or missed! Thank you!!

I’ve tried all recommended remedies but nothing has worked. Server Error continues to be an issue on chocolate box. Please help I’d really like to have rewards.

Hi Mari! If you're not able to x out the game once you've reached the end of the level, try turning the device to landscape mode, then turn it back to portrait mode and the x out should work. Our game team is working on a fix but this should work in the meantime. Jenny Thank you Jenny!! Much appreciated!!
