I think it is Kings tactic to make everything as difficult as possible until people just give up and go away. Hi Dixie, I had a look at your account and can see you used 3 extra rounds to complete a level. Your gold bar account went from 53 till 44, 30 and 15. From here you bought 50 Gold bars. This matches your current account of 65 Gold bars. Kind regards, -Mark

Hi Janice, The game will automatically use your FB profile picture but you can try this workaround: You can set your game avatar on our website www.king.com - you'll need to login first before you get your player profile. From here you can set your own avatar. - Mark
