Update 03.05.2018 We're still investigating the issue. In the meantime I suggest that you sync your FB account with your Kingdom account and in the game settings connects to Kingdom. Hi Sathya, Thanks for your feedback. Candy Crush Saga is all about being good at combining candies. The levels gets increasingly challenging and the random orders of the candies can be rather tricky. We are not forcing our players to play Candy Crush Saga and I hope you will find other games that better suits your skills…

Hi Lisa, The speed as well as the bouncing candies (if you have those) are part of a test from the Candy Crush Soda Saga Game Studio. I will take your feedback back to the Studio so the guys can adjust accordingly. - Mark

Hi Speedoo, If you don't want to participate in the event then try the iOS back button: firmly press the left side of the screen and swipe all the way to the right side of the screen (lifting your finger before then or increasing the pressure will open the app switcher instead.)

Hi Deannace, Did you have a chance to catch what the dialogue box said? Normally when a level ends uncompleted there's an explanation. Thanks if you have a screenshot. I haven't seen other players with issues on level 359 so I want to start the error search here. - Mark
