I don't know? I just downloaded the app and started playing. Candy crush and candy crush jelly both work no problem

Thanks for all your help but none of this has worked unfortunately. I play via the app from app store Samsung galaxy s22 model SM-S901B/DS I've read how to get game ID but the steps involve being able to open the app I'm stuck on this page so i can't follow these steps
