(SOLVED) Several issues in Soda, cannot play levels, make purchases, open store and more

Hi Soda players!
We’ve recently had reports of several problems across our games. Players of our mobile games have found they are having difficulty installing games, and they cannot play levels, make purchases or open the store, they cannot play ads, or they cannot log in.
Also, some players on our Facebook platform are currently unable to load games on the platform.
We’re very sorry if any of these problems are affecting your gameplay and of any inconvenience caused. Rest assured that our teams are aware of all these issues, and are working hard to fix them as soon as possible.

I've just gotten a new Samsung galaxy s22 android phone and every time I try to open the candy crush soda app it won't go past the first page and just says loading.
I've tried restarting the device, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, clearing the cache, I have the latest version of the app and the software on the device is up to date

I’m sorry to see this.
There should be no problem if you install the app from Google Play Store. You could reinstall the app and then check the Play Store to make sure it's the latest version. Which version do you see? I have version 1.234.4
What I did notice is that after the update I don't see any events. Then I force close the app, reopen the app and slowly see my events return.

Hello, I’m sorry that didn’t work.
Please try the troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
After you’ve done all the steps (super important) and that doesn’t help I will forward this to the CM but I need more info:
- Do you play via King or Facebook account?
- Do you play via the app from Play Store?
- What device do you play on? Make is Samsung S22 but Model Number? -> Android Settings- About Phone - for example Model number SM-695F)
- What is your Game ID? Tap or click HERE how to find

Thanks for all your help but none of this has worked unfortunately. I play via the app from app store Samsung galaxy s22 model SM-S901B/DS
I've read how to get game ID but the steps involve being able to open the app I'm stuck on this page so i can't follow these steps

This is weird @Mhairi25 🤔 It looks like the game app is corrupted. Please uninstall the app:
- Go to your device's Settings app
- Tap Apps or Application manager (this may differ depending on your device)
- Tap Candy Crush Soda app
- Tap Uninstall
Then clear cache, reboot your phone, go to Google Play Store and install the app.
I really hope this will work. If not I’ll ask the CM, but I can’t discuss it until after the weekend.

Great, so you can check your Game ID 🙂! Please follow the steps how to find your game ID when you want to play Candy Crush Saga (your game ID is the same for all games 😉)
Open CCS game app, tap on my account, tap on “King” and you will see the Game ID (numbers)
And you can see your email address (then you have saved your game through King account) or you will see your Facebook credentials.
