i don't know if this will help but i went to the microsoft store and downloaded the game. you are able to connect to your fb account to keep your progress and play from your computer.

I was very frustrated because I hadn't been able to play for a long time. I went to the Microsoft Store and downloaded it from there. It was free and so far I haven't had a problem playing. I am using a laptop with Windows 10. I hope this helps!
