I have no idea about this , I'd probably just make a lot of noise till somethings done about it , Probably just make a report or something about it and wait if that doesn't do anything make another report. (Totally not an expert on this really just making a guess). Hope it gets fixed for you.

Hi, It might be because you don't have an internet connection or it may be offline because of a glitch in which case you might have to wait a little bit for it to fix its self, could you possibly post a screen shot?

I'm new here also so I'm not sure but I think its because king selects a group of players to randomly tests new features its most likely that you aren't in that test group , you might be selected next time theres a group for that feature or a new feature its really just luck, a good internet connection may help.

You change it by earning Xp when completing levels including previously played ones, every time you complete levels the score and number of stars adds Xp, every time you reach a new rank your lives get refilled, you get a new frame every 5-10 rank levels, I hope this helps,
