Is King no longer supporting Candy Crush? They don’t seem to be on this community and only other users are responding. Sounds like they are stumped for a fix and may be moving on to other games instead.

It’s interesting that they can’t fix the connection error for my profile without me losing all my bonuses. But I still get the advertisements coming in no trouble. I wonder if there is something else going on here?!

I am running into the same issue. If King can’t fix their problems then I guess it’s time to move on to another app. There are plenty of other apps looking for my attention.

When I search on this problem in Google it sounds like it has been around for over a year. Is there no resolution yet? i have tried all the suggestions shy of deleting and starting over from the beginning.
