How long is a day in daily calendar? Is it 24hrs? Does a new day always start at same time or does last time played start a new day? There is no timer, but I have lost progress even if I play once in every 24 hr time period. Thanks in advance!

I contacted support recently, after clearing cache, signing out, etc They told me 4 in a row is a special event, not to be available permanently. Which is odd since it's been part of game for years.
