This has been "under investigation" since December 2023. If King cannot fix it why don't they tell us?

I'm afraid nobody can help you. The synchronisation problem has been going on since December and King cannot fix it. I can't even log into my King account on my Mac or iphone. It is miserable.

Still cannot log in to King.com. Still cannot update app on iphone. Any news????

Thanks. I believe the app is up to date as when I try downloading from App store it simply opens my current app. I restart the game daily.
