I was looking at your previous comments, and I remembered that you were having โconnection errorโ with the Super Color bomb, along with โsyncingโ issue, right? But, now, it seems like the issue has expanded to something else๐ Isnโt it?

The issue is not on your side nor on your device. As I have mentioned before, issue is with the King.com website itself! Until the Kingsters take a look at it, the issue will not be rectified!
I did not forget about you! I already sent my complaint. Please wait for couple more days! Some of the King team should be back tomorrow. And, all of them would be back by next Monday. So, I will follow up with our Community In-charge team when they come back tomorrow๐๏ธ

I'm checking with Support if the issue you are expectincing might be related to one that is affecting some players who is also not able to enter their account on King.com.
However on your mobile device, this should not be happening so may I ask if you have made sure the game app is up to date and have you tried restarting the device?
