I'm thinking there must be no way to correct this. I never received a response and nobody ever wrote here to say they did or did not get their level restored. I just gave up jelly. My candy crush is crashing on Windows 10. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice and I still can't get beyond the opening amber screen. I can play on facebook but prefer to play on my pc as I can get a much larger screen. Can anyone help?

Can you tell me how to fix this too. I lost my games after running a malware scan on my pc to correct a redirect problem I had. My email address isn't recognized on jelly and I think my level must have been stored somewhere locally on Windows 10. I had connected to facebook for candy crush so it is at the correct level.
