I probably won't bother doing that as I don't know what rewards I'm missing - I keep gathering amulets but am unable to move up the chart to see what I would have "won" if it wasn't frozen at the first one. When clicking on it absolutely nothing happens. Frustrating. Thanks though.

Is there any updates regarding this? Been going on for quite some time now. Thanks!

Sorry, can't update yet, can't get past the level I'm on to see if more amulets will allow me to click on "claim" - I'll shoot for tomorrow night! EDIT - of course after I typed this I got thru the level. I am still unable to claim any gifts. Hope a solution is soon?

I won't be able to check until later - (at least 10-11 hours from now) but will let you know. I can say that this problem has been with me for the last TWO leagues so I don't expect a change. :(

No, I use a king log in.

I also have this issue. I play on pc - so checked for updates in the Microsoft store and there were none. Hoping you can fix this issue soon! Not sure how I can clear cache through the store, I looked and didn't find anything.
