For days, I have not been able to collect my rewards in star cats. When I click on "claim" button, nothing happens. My "amulets" keep adding up but I do not advance to next reward either? Have never had this problem. Notified king about the problem and they told me to contact the "community"? I told them this was there bug. Anyone else having this problem?

As all other trouble shooting has failed an uninstall is the last one we only recommend this a last resort as you do loose any boosters
If before you do this you would like to give our customer support a try please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain also asking for any replacement boosters due the error enabling you to collect the them
If you do you will first receive an automated response please reply to this explaining once again

Yes we have had a couple of players report this issue
I have raised it with my cm and awaiting feedback
In the meantime time please check you have no pending updates and a good Internet connection with at least 2gig of free memory
Select settings from your device then apps then clear the in game cache and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you

I also have this issue. I play on pc - so checked for updates in the Microsoft store and there were none. Hoping you can fix this issue soon! Not sure how I can clear cache through the store, I looked and didn't find anything.

Hi my friends a new league has now started and my amulet rewards are working on my android mobile

I won't be able to check until later - (at least 10-11 hours from now) but will let you know. I can say that this problem has been with me for the last TWO leagues so I don't expect a change. :(
