No message on king.com say king.com took too long to load. Android and Apple apps play bout I can see they did not connect to Wi fi or cellular.

I cannot get games to load on wi-fi. My apple app says I am not connected to the internet but I am. The same with android app. I can't get it to work with cellular either. I can play but no boosters and I have not missed a day to play for over 400 days

Screenshot will not help it is not getting or being able to send extra lives. This happens on windows 8.1 and ios apple app. i do not belong to Facebook .or have Windows 10. Guess I am out of luck!
