I followed your directions but I do not see :contact us" on the page. The only thing i see is was this article helpful.

I didn't get a response to my last comment. I logged out of my old ipad and then tried the new one and still not working. I went to log back into the old ipad and now it won't login. When I try to reset the password, I get the email and when I hit the button to submit, it does nothing. Please assist.

I got a new ipad and it won't let me log-in. It keeps telling me I have the wrong password.

If I am correct, I have to download the app to my phone? How will I be able to play on my laptop?
