I figured it out. In Facebook under the privacy settings for the game, at the bottom it says "your user ID is:" and there is a string of 10 random numbers. I use that as my user ID, instead of my email and I you go password, and it works. Thanks

New info. I went on my phone and it was logged in and on level 1389. Still, my the game on my Chromebook can't find my account. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game on the Chromebook as well. Thanks.

I filled the instructions, there is no "Click to allow permission" but it does say "Active" in green. I still can't log in, and it all says account not found. What now? Thanks

Sorry, it was actually Facebook. When I login using Facebook, says "account not found". I remembered it was Facebook, because of my picture on Facebook was the picture of my Avatar in the game.

Is anyone else having trouble playing with their screen vertical/landscape? I'm playing on a Chromebook, and since last week I can't play in landscape mode. It will only rotate to portrait one way and portrait the other way. PLEASE HALP!
