Try turning your device off for a few minutes first This is the desktop application and I power off my computer when I'm not using it. This has not solved the problem. But I'll see if you get a response from the team.

For the past few days, the game is acting as if the command to reduce in-game speed is selected. The game is incredibly sluggish during play which reduces the amount of time for any free bonuses I have. 1: Device and OS version: Desktop. Windows 10 2: Player ID: 19454916534 3: Game Version 6.87.15

I've attached it. Basically, it takes a very long time to scroll through the rewards and it's very difficult to claim them because of that. And if I claim one, I have to start from the beginning to get any others. And once again: This is the desktop version of the app. Not the Facebook version and not one on any mobile…

That's not what I am asking. I have the games saved as apps on my PC and on my Tablet. The progress and boosters I have are different on both sides and I'd like them to be the same.
