Hey there, try these steps first to make sure nothing is wrong with your game:
As for finding your Player ID, you can find it on the following link:

Apparently I was not clear when I left my information up above. I am not using a mobile device but a personal computer.
"Restart: Force close apps and restart your device." The app is closed when I am done with the game and my computer gets restarted every day.
"Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates." I posted the version I am using. Please explain how to check for updates on a PC based app.
"Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data." Again, this is a PC. I am using a hardwired connection so it makes no sense to use WiFi.
Clear Cache: You can't do that on a PC based app.
"As for finding your Player ID, you can find it on the following link:" And that does not work on a PC. It only shows my user name and my email address.

If you don't mind, I would like make sure whether if you are playing the App version or on Facebook browser?
If it is the App version, to get your ID number โ> Please double click on the King emblem you see at the top of the screen of your profile page and your ID number will be revealed.

Once again: I am playing the app that I have on my PC. This is NOT on Facebook. It is on my PC as a separate program. My member ID is not showing up.

You see the words "King" at the top of the image (the King emblem in Goldish color), right? Please double click on that and your ID number should be revealed๐๏ธ
I need a clarification, please! Do you remember for which reward, you are receiving that "no connection" error? For Harvest Rush or something else?
