Oh well I'm beginning to believe that king support doesn't care about it's players. Support means helping your players when they have issues, not ignoring them. The "BLACK SCREEN" is happening constantly and impeding all of our hard work. For the last time please help with this matter.

I agree with all of the above players. It is getting so frustrating to work hard to win levels and then lose because of video problems. I agree with Chris and Janet on the oops problem. When you get to the level I'm at it's almost impossible to play without the boosters. This has been going on for too long and the King Community needs to get it fixed before they lose a lot of players.
