I have reached level 16,090 and a pink door popped up and said I have to play the mastery level but I'm not getting any rewards for passing new levels. What is this all about and can I get past this mastery level. I didn't work hard to get to this level just to be told I can't proceed with winning new levels. Please advise…

Oh well I'm beginning to believe that king support doesn't care about it's players. Support means helping your players when they have issues, not ignoring them. The "BLACK SCREEN" is happening constantly and impeding all of our hard work. For the last time please help with this matter.

I agree with all of the above players. It is getting so frustrating to work hard to win levels and then lose because of video problems.
