  • Yes, I have Windows 10 but what does that mean "play through the Kingdom"? I play through Facebook so I can send my FB friends games and request them as well.

  • Yes, I play through Facebook and I never knew about the expired tab but sadly (I guess), mine says it's active so that's not the issue. I'll try deleting the history when I get home and see if that helps. Thanks.

  • I play on my laptop. I'll try clearing the history. Yes, mine opens and starts a game (although you can tell it's not a normal game right from the beginning. For instance, all the candies will be yellow), but then it freezes so I lose a game without playing. It's happened a few times in the last week or so.
