So you’re saying that is normal for the game to reset when I swap apps? That doesn’t make sense since we are using multitasking devices that allow such operations. If the game can’t be left hold on background then it’s a restrictive game. all other apps allow me to swap between them without losing any progress. Maybe you…

hello and thank you. steps were the following: playing game (native app) passed level but didn’t move to next level swapped between game and Messenger went back to game and progress lost. wasn’t playing on FB. it happen more than once.
