Bug on swapping between apps

Hi, if I swap between the game and messenger (fb) the game resets and losses all progress on the current level. This has happen when levels have been passed and it’s a big nuisance. One case I lost bonus items used in the game and passed it but it reseted bringing me back to the level I’ve just passed!
can you look in to it?

After you pass a level, your level will not be complete until you find the scoreboard with the Star.
If you minimize or close the game until you get this picture, your level will not be complete.
If you do not save the game on Facebook or Kingdom, your game will not be saved.
Check this steps below.

So you’re saying that is normal for the game to reset when I swap apps? That doesn’t make sense since we are using multitasking devices that allow such operations. If the game can’t be left hold on background then it’s a restrictive game.
all other apps allow me to swap between them without losing any progress. Maybe you should consider this a bug and maybe solve it.

Since you saved the game via Facebook, your game progress is safe and I have already said why your level was not saved.
In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.
