This app for iPad is getting worse and worse. Keeps crashing. Screens aren’t loading and still the rotation. By all means King don’t fix it. You’ve optimized it for computer only. Thank you

They have no clue how to fix it so we’re getting the run around. Works fine on computer. No rotating. Screen lock is not the issue. Thank you so much for thinking we are all not familiar with our iPads.

App works fine on windows. I believe they optimized the app for computers and it messed up tablets 😡

Exactly what @everyman said. I honestly think they are just making up their reasoning because when I first reported it I was told they didn’t know why it was happening and they couldn’t replicate it. I usually quit games that are an inconvenience and candy crush sofa is next. After all it’s only a game right 😫

This is a ridiculous reason. I don’t have this kimmies arcade. My necks hurts 😬 And I refuse to shut screen rotation off for one game. Everything I do is in landscape mode.

@Queenb im sorry this makes absolutely no sense. You’ve all said you couldn’t replicate this on your devices so I believe this is just a reason to try and please your customers.
