This app for iPad is getting worse and worse. Keeps crashing. Screens aren’t loading and still the rotation. By all means King don’t fix it. You’ve optimized it for computer only. Thank you

They have no clue how to fix it so we’re getting the run around. Works fine on computer. No rotating. Screen lock is not the issue. Thank you so much for thinking we are all not familiar with our iPads.

App works fine on windows. I believe they optimized the app for computers and it messed up tablets 😡

Exactly what @everyman said. I honestly think they are just making up their reasoning because when I first reported it I was told they didn’t know why it was happening and they couldn’t replicate it. I usually quit games that are an inconvenience and candy crush sofa is next. After all it’s only a game right 😫

This is a ridiculous reason. I don’t have this kimmies arcade. My necks hurts 😬 And I refuse to shut screen rotation off for one game. Everything I do is in landscape mode.

@Queenb im sorry this makes absolutely no sense. You’ve all said you couldn’t replicate this on your devices so I believe this is just a reason to try and please your customers. It’s a pain having to turn an iPad between screens. Worked fine. Now it doesn’t. Not reinstalling. We shouldn’t have to Your software people need…

I think I’ll just wait until next update. It’s not worth trying to video tape and then Post somewhere else etc. abbersbolton and I have reported the exact same issue. I’m sure there a lot more people with this issue too. QueenB are you testing this issue on an iPad?

iOS 13 iPad 6th gen. no idea where to find version of your game but it’s updated to newest which is when this problem occurred. I’m attaching screen shots of the issue it’s not the worst problem in the world and I can just stop playing but it is a legit issue with your app

My rotation lock is on. Always is. It’s not my device. Started with last update yesterday. iPad software is up to date. I’ll go back to what I already said. I want to play landscape. I load the app and it is landscape. I click play and the screen turns to portrait on the level select screen. I choose the level and it turns…
