The developers are not fixing it even though it’s their issue not ours. 

No solution. They can’t duplicate the issue on their end so they’ve done nothing. Clearly it’s an issue Candy Crush people

I think I’ll just wait until next update. It’s not worth trying to video tape and then Post somewhere else etc. abbersbolton and I have reported the exact same issue. I’m sure there a lot more people with this issue too. QueenB are you testing this issue on an iPad?

iOS 13 iPad 6th gen. no idea where to find version of your game but it’s updated to newest which is when this problem occurred. I’m attaching screen shots of the issue it’s not the worst problem in the world and I can just stop playing but it is a legit issue with your app

My rotation lock is on. Always is. It’s not my device. Started with last update yesterday. iPad software is up to date. I’ll go back to what I already said. I want to play landscape.
