You asked: Were you able to free your team mates? If you're able to play on your phone, does that mean that only certain devices were affected by freezing game? On my phone things are different. I'm at the same level, but don't have the boosters, for example. I also don't have the bakery there. I wasn't told (on the iPad)…

Wanted to let you know that, for now, I'm able to play again. I started playing on my phone and passed the level where I can free team mates in the bakery. That solved it for now. Maybe I should stay away from the bakery for a while

I have this exact same problem! Reached out to support, but their 'solution' is uninstalling and reinstalling the game. That's no solution at all, I'll loose all my boosters. Please help.
