I was also zapped back to Level 1 last night. I am watching your post to see if you get an answer from anyone....I was in the 1300s.

I am looking for help I am only in the 1300s but overnight I was zapped to Level 1......I am more than frustrated trying to find someone to help me....any suggestions??

Wow, I feel for I am only in the 1300's and they were zapped from me overnight back to Level 1 not to mention the MONEY I have paid into this game.....thinking its NO FUN ANYMORE.....

I evidently need Player Support Team. I was up to day 27 or 28, when I left my game. Coming back to it, after I had already played it that day, I was started back at Day 1.....I cannot figure out how to fix this even after following your instructions. I have spent LOTS of money on this game and am not happy.
