@Elsa - thank you for the suggestions. I checked and the app is active. I removed it and reinstalled it. Still no worky :-(. Don't kill yourself on this unless others have the same issue. I will keep trying different things and if I need to start a totally new game, I will. That's how much I like this game.

@Elsa - I play on Facebook on my Apple Workbook Pro.

@Elsa: I just cleaned some more and was able to use the candy cane button (top right) to get me to my general level. No access there (the fountain & "critter" were moving but I couldn't do anything). I refreshed the screen. Back to same situation but now back on level one screen.

Thank you, firebombmarkus! I too did not have the screen you mentioned. Thanks for bringing Elsa in! Elsa: I am playing on FB. I will check the link @firebombmarkus provided and do some more cleaning. I really appreciate this board and the advice!

UPDATE: it now shows my correct level; however, it wouldn't let me do anything. I refreshed the screen, and I'm back to the first screen with no access/moves available.
