Thanks everyone, and thanks for the info @Yosca. I went to the Microsoft store and clicked on the CCSS icon. The update was installed automatically, and the game works! I too received prizes that I earned while the game was "offline". Thanks again!

I don't have Facebook either. I just play using my Windows 10 laptop also. It looks like the Windows 10 people aren't a priority. Hopefully that's not the case. We'll just wait and see.

Has anyone been able to find a fix? It's been over a week now for me. Maybe it'll be one of those things that we just adapt to. The new normal.

Hello, I have Windows 10 PC. I have the same problems which started on Friday night. I lost the weekly leaderboard, race to the finish, weekly game prizes, Mr. Toffee's Fair, Soda Squad, Episode Race, Weekly Contest - everything. I'm glad I'm not alone. Hopefully the problem gets fixed . . . quickly.

I've been having the same problems - "Boosters, Race to finish, weekly leader board, Tiles; the "whole" game, weekly leaderboard, race to the finish, weekly game prizes, everything". It started a few days ago. I too sent an email to King support and was linked back here. Please assist.
