I have noticed that this is also happening now on my iPad. So iPad and iPhone since the last update. The sounds are turned off in the main screen but as soon as a video is watched for boosters the sounds come back on. Turn them off, watch another video and the sounds are back on. Annoying isn’t it? There doesn’t seem to be any explanation or fix. It’s just not possible for me to play with sound on at all so might have to dump game.

Yes I understand thank you for trying to help. I don't think I have an option to turn the app sounds off. Only a mute button. I will try again to figure it out. Thanks again

Hi thank you yes it's very frustrating. The problem with turning the volume down on my phone is that I am liable to forget to turn it it up again and then I would miss calls which would not be a good thing!! If not resolved I'll just have to stop playing.

Hi thank you. Yes I have to disable these every time I play. It's very frustrated as I have to wait until game loads before I'm able to turn them off and that disturbs everyone else around, I just don't understand it as it was always ok before the last update.
