Transferring to present level
I have an Amazon Fire tablet, downloaded Candy Crush Soda Saga where I am on level 1302 on my laptop, but on the tablet it wants me to start again. Is there a way of transferring my present level please. Thank you

How do I increase size of game
I have bought new laptop, but for some reason the gaming area for candy crush soda saga is smaller than on my previous laptop. It has also sent me back to level one from 1184. I managed to sort that out previously but it's not working now. Thanks in anticipation for any help and advice.

Why does game returning to level 1
Each time I log in the game returns to level 1. I played that, as suggested by someone, went through the portal to play level 1152 (where I have reached), managed to complete that but then I could not continue and all the other icons had disappeared i.e the gear symbol, the portal etc, so I could not continue again. I recently deleted some cookies and think I may have affected my candy crush soda game. I was on level 781, but it keeps reverting back to the start. I can keep scrolling through and get to that level but then I get a message saying there is a problem that needs fixing
