Getting error message when I try to play

Daily Bonus - Resetting to Day 1! (FIXED)
How long is a "day" in Farm Heroes Saga? I play daily, yet I'm always accepting the Bonus for Day 1...it doesn't advance. Do I have to make sure I get in under a certain amount of time each day so I'm not penalized for "skipping a day"? (which I'm not) I'm playing with the new format

How do I move the bull
I know you have to match 3 crospsie above, below or next to the bull. This will move him up and down the column he is in or across the row he is in. How do we get him into a different column or row?

Where's My Piggy Bank?
I am at level 1101 and play daily and have not gotten the Piggy Bank Option. I have friends who are in the 700s and they have theirs.

Not receiving lives or help requests
This issue just started for me 2 days ago. Friends are not getting my help requests and I'm not getting their's. My one friend had 14 messages (some of which were from me) and they just disappeared. Now she keeps playing and playing and never seems to get the "ask friends" option
