New phone and all items gone!
I had a ton of items that I purchased or earned and I have gotten a new phone and they are all gone. I logged in with Facebook and my progress in the game is saved, but my progress on the daily reward that I get and every single item is gone! How do I go about restoring these? I had 10 to 20 of all kinds of items.

Problems with purchased reward
I bought a pack that was supposed to give me 24 hours of everything, but it didn't give me the middle one (see pic). That is really important, because sometimes it gives you the two main bonuses next to each other and you can shatter everything. It was $16.99! Not cool. I

No lives though I spent bars
Twice today I tried to purchase 5 lives for bars and got NO lives. :-( .

Twice this morning I used bars to buy lives and got none! Help! I want my 18 bars back!
