Problems with purchased reward

I bought a pack that was supposed to give me 24 hours of everything, but it didn't give me the middle one (see pic).  That is really important, because sometimes it gives you the two main bonuses next to each other and you can shatter everything.  It was $16.99!  Not cool.

While filling out the provided form, select the Topic as "Problems with Purchase" and Subtopic with "Purchased items not received".  Then explain briefly about the issue in the given Dialogue box.

** You will be receiving an automated email as an acknowledgement with a ticket number.  If you have not heard from them within 3 days, send a reply to the email you have received!
