Level 12720 is maddening!
How can be be considered an easy level? I only have 20 moves, to collect 20 blue and 20 orange. I've used so many boosters but cannot pass it. When I look at videos, they all show more moves, and less orange and blue. Frustrating. I've played since the beginning and I have finally decided to not wait anymore time or money.…

Level 6461 Keeps Rolling
I’ve lost 2 lives, 2 hammers, my one hour of the a booster and my build up of bonuses for passing 2 levels back to back because the games keep rolling and there is no way to stop it. I’ve been a long time player and supporter and this is frustrating. I posted the videos to your Twitter account.

Is 2644 possible with 15 moves?
I have wasted every booster to attempt passing 2644. I recently watched several help sites and all say there are 25 moves. I only have 15 moves on my mobile devices. Is it possible to pass this with 15 moves and why isn't this labeled as a hard level?

Paid for moves, passed level 1892 but now have to repeat it?
I have been on 1892 for a while. Today I finally got down to no moves left but the last combination was sitting on the board. I paid to play on, made my move, passed the level and then it crashed. When it came back on, I am still on 1892. I want the money I paid for an extra move refunded.
