I have not been able to receive my team ranking rewards for the last two levels. Level 14 & 15. Is it because I don't do in game purchases? I was offered the opportunity to open my first piggy bank for free. All I had to do was log into my account. Unfortunately I tried to access my account and even tried to reset my password to get in. All failed until offer was over. Kept giving me a 404 error. Now I can access my account. Will the offer be available again?
