I read that if I contacted customer service, that they would be able to reset my progress but they just keep emailing me back a generic "Need help with Candy Crush Saga?". Today's Wednesday Challenge
Has the weekly Wednesday challenge started for anyone (ex. making fish, wrapped candies, etc.)? Nothing is triggering it to pop up today. It usually pops up in the first game I play on Wednesday morning. Closing out, logging out and all the other usual tips aren't helping. Thanks for your time!

Several Features Not Working - Rainbow Round Bonus, 4 in a Row Bonus
I'm able to play on my iPhone, but after winning a level on the Rainbow Round, my bonuses/streak did not increase. And after completing a 4 in a Row with a group today, it went straight to a new board and I didn't get the prize screen. Things seem to be malfunctioning a bit.
