Why the store was closed n I missed being able to reset my day after I missed it.
I was late due to doctors appointment and I tried to buy gold to continue my streak, the store wasn’t responding and wouldn’t allow me to purchase additional gold to continue my streak of months. I’m really disappointed and upset!

my internet was down due to power outage I had a long constant login record I signed into game as soon as power was back and I think you should give exception to the restart rule when it’s beyond the players control. I can’t afford to purchase to continue so in order to play I had to start over. It just doesn’t seem fair…
