In the sticker packs it say "new stickers guaranteed in these packs" but it's not giving me any new stickers. This has happened at least twice but probably more times before I noticed.

ran into a bug - had completed the race to 4 but somehow not started the next game and then the prizes came up, locking my screen. can I get the points back - started with saucer and big ball shape thing (clears everything) so itโs a lot of points. Thanks.
